These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You may return your purchase within 14 days for exchange or store credit only. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please see below for our returns and refunds policy for furniture/lighting/rugs.  We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an e-design service, please contact us, and we will work with you to solve the issue.

Cancellation Policy: Please contact us right away if you need to cancel your order. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process an order cancellation, and that it is possible that your order can not be stopped for shipment up to 48 hours before it ships. Customers will be issued a full refund for orders that are canceled and have not shipped out. Customer is responsible for round trip shipping costs and 15% restocking fee for orders that are canceled and have shipped. Please note: We do offer free shipping on our website, but the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost for orders that are canceled after shipping out. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before the order ships out to avoid these fees.

Return Policy: Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you would like to make a return. We will refund the cost of the returned items minus round trip shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. Please note: We do offer FREE SHIPPING on our website, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders (this includes the cost of shipping the item to the customer AND back to us). Returned merchandise must be completely intact and packaged in its original packing materials. Before returning any product, obtain approval by contacting us and please provide the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Once we have received your return, we will apply the credit amount to your credit card or payment method.

Damaged or Defective Orders: Please notify the delivery person if your order looks damaged, and refuse delivery of all damaged or defective merchandise. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund or have a replacement shipped to you free of charge. If your order arrives with concealed damage, please notify us immediately. We will need a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like digital pictures, emailed to vbradleyinteriors@gmail.com. Once we have received this information, we will file a freight claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf. The shipper will then review the claim and, if approved, send you a check for the damages. Please note that we cannot guarantee payment of concealed damage freight claims, so please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery and refuse any shipments that appear damaged to ensure a free replacement or full refund.

Replacement Policy: Please notify us within 14 days of delivery of your order if you have received incorrect or defective merchandise and need a free replacement. Replacements parts can not be shipped free of charge if we are not notified within 14 days of delivery.

Clients

We will obtain client consent prior to using client photos and/or e-designs on our website or social media.
