Valentine’s Day Marshmallow Pops

Happy Valentine’s Day!  Today I’m sharing a fun and easy recipe for marshmallow pops.  I made them for my son’s Valentine’s Day card treats.  They’re perfect as a party dessert or favor, and you can color coordinate them to your theme.

Ingredients:

-Jumbo Marshmallows

-Candy Melts

-Sprinkles

-Paper Straws or Lollipop Sticks

First, poke the marshmallows with the paper straws or lollipop sticks.  Then heat the candy melts as directed on the packaging, stirring as needed.  Pour the sprinkles into a bowl or on a plate.  Dip the marshmallows into the candy melts, and then dip/roll them in the sprinkles.  Once the candy melt portion is fully covered, set them on wax paper or a plate to harden.  Let them dry and serve!  You can serve them standing on a plate like I did here or with the straws down in a glass.  Both look great!
